Free 50-meter Wind Atlas Index of the State of Colorado available for download.  The Colorado Wind Atlas is GeoPDF enabled. Thus, you can obtain Latitude and Longitude information directly from the PDF using the Geospatial location tool.  This tool is found under your Tools-Analysis menus.
