Terms of Use Agreement
The following terms dictate an agreed upon legal binding contract between you, the downloader of the Colorado Wind Atlas PDF, and GeoLab LLC. By downloading and using the Colorado Wind Atlas, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this contract. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Colorado Wind Atlas in any capacity, and destroy the copies you are in possession of immediately.

Use Restrictions
The Colorado Wind Atlas PDF is copyrighted material owned by GeoLab LLC. Except as stated herein, none of the PDF may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of GeoLab LLC . Permission is, therefore, granted to you to download, display, analyze, and print the PDF materials for personal use only. You must not attempt to modify or reverse engineer the PDF in any way. The permission terminates if any of these terms or conditions are breached. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any downloaded and printed materials. In addition, you must not publicly distribute the PDF in any manner on any server or other method of public distribution.

Limitation of Liability
GeoLab LLC accepts absolutely no responsibility or any liability for the use of the Colorado Map Atlas PDF. The data contained within the document is not meant to replace more detailed information. You accept all responsibility and damages for the use of the PDF. It is for reference only, and you accept all risk.

Revision of Terms
GeoLab LLC may at any time revise the Terms of Use of the PDF by updating this Terms of Use document. By using the PDF, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should check for this document on the GeoLab LLC website occasionally.
