The Colorado Wind Atlas is GeoPDF enabled. Thus, you can obtain Latitude and Longitude
information directly
from the PDF using the Geospatial location tool.
This tool is found under your Tools-Analysis menus.
*Note the Object Data Tool is not supported in the Wind Atlas.
